My stay had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we felt welcome. The location was also decent, with some nearby shops and attractions. However, I ran into some issues with hidden fees that really dampened my experience. The food on-site was overpriced, and the room could have used a deep clean, as we noticed some ants during our stay.

I had an incredible stay at Villa Del Palmer! The check-in process was a bit longer than expected, but once settled, I found the hotel to be immaculate and my room very nice. The deli on-site was a handy perk, and the service from Diego and Joel really stood out to me; their exceptional hospitality makes me want to return. On the downside, I heard some noise from construction during my stay which disrupted my relaxation.
